Any term deemed not enforcable by a court of law shall be considered removed. Membership Agreement By signing up for this service I agree to MinistryOfSk8 sending me free SMS promotions on behalf of participating retailers and information and news regarding the MOS service. I understand that MOS will use my mobile telephone number and geographic information to supply selected third parties with marketing information. I understand that apart from my telephone number, age and location no other information will be accessed by third parties and any other information will be used soley to provide the MOS website service and not for marketing purposes. I agree not to post any defamatory, untrue, obscene, racist, illegal, inflammatory material or text on walls, blogs or any other MOS service. I shall indemnify MinistryOfSk8 its agents owners and operators against any and all legal actions, costs, civil proceedings or other losses of any kind arising out of my misuse of the service or my failre to abide by these conditions in anyway. The Service MOS is a club and social networking portal designed to promote the sports of skateboarding and other connected extreme sports. The service is FREE for basic members and there is a charge to upgrade membership to access member benefits. MOS uses mobile telephone billing solutions to charge for the service and you should always ask the bill payers permission before attempting to join. We are not a premium SMS game or ringtone website. We use mobile billing to allow members without credit cards to access our services. You will be charged by PAYMO mobile billing solution at the agreed rate shown on the buy now form at the time of purchase. You will be sent a text SMS asking if you wish to buy YES or NO. This is not a charged SMS. If you accept the cost, we will send you a number of charged SMS messages that will be charged to your mobile bill and we will credit points to your account. If successful you will be directed to the upgarde page and confirmation will be sent to your phone as a FREE SMS with your activation code. We will NOT keep billing you and using your credit. If you experience problems with the billing service you can contact us or PAYMO on the email address shown on the buy now page at the time of purchase Membership and change of terms Membership is offered to anyone wishing to join and the person registering or using the account must accept and promise to abide by the terms set out in this document. We may change these terms from time to time and the user has the right to cancel membership if they no longer agree with new terms imposed. In the event of a terms change that is not accepted by the member, paid members will be entitled to a refund of 50% of their pro-rata membership subscription: For example cancel after 6 month, £10 membership*50%=£5.00/365*180days = £2.46 Refund. Refunds are not offered simply because a member wishes to cancel as loyalty benefits have already been accessed. This is not negotiable. Refunds will NOT be considered for anything other than Change Of Terms Of Service.
