you have a problem, then the first step is to email us. The email

Spell
out your problem clearly and please include your membership number if
you have one. We cannot help you with accont issues if we
don't have this. If you have a problem with membership
upgrades and you think you have paid but something has gone wrong and
your upgrade has not happened, please
include the mobile number from
which you subscribed. Without this we cannot
trace your
transaction.
If you need to call us pease
call 01758613078 and leave a message if there is no answer and we will
get back to you. Please
leave your membership number and mobile phone number.

Common
problems
Unable to login after
registering? This is simple to fix.
After registering you will be sent a verification email to
the email address you used to register. You MUST click the
verify link in that email. If you don not click the link you
will NOT be able to login. If you did not get the email, then
check your JUNK MAIL as it may have gone in there by mistake.
If its not there either then email at "info@ministryofsk8.co.uk"
from that address reqesting a new verify link and we will send you one
by return.
Unable to upload profile image. You
need to login first then click PROFILE from the link bar. At
the bottom of every profile is a EDIT PROFILE link. Click
that. Choose "BROWSE" button from the right hand frame and
select a JPEG image only. Then click "UPLOAD"

viola! your pic shold appear :-)
You can
do the same lower down the page for upto 10 profile gallery images
